Truespec was started by two neighbors in Land O' Lakes who saw the same thing from different sides: big companies are getting huge value from AI, while the local businesses that keep our community running are being left behind.
We run it on our own business first.
One of our founders owns and operates a local handyman business. Every AI employee and marketing service we offer runs on his business first, so by the time it gets to yours, it's been tested on real customers, real quotes and real Tuesday afternoons.
Our other founder has spent more than 20 years building businesses in staffing, talent acquisition and HR technology: starting as a recruiter, owning and selling his own staffing firm, and leading talent strategy for large organizations. Today he designs and builds AI agents full-time.
